Welcome, to the Foundation of Hope!
When a family is faced with a child enduring diagnosis of a disability, serious injury, chronic illness or disease, there can be often significant effects and challenges faced by all family members.
As both a long term carer to her 3 special needs children and a mother of 5, Jana has experienced the serious and significant effects of disability and chronic illness within her own family. And so by combining both her learnt skills as an occupational therapist, paired with her extensive experiences in patient and family advocacy within her own family, Jana and her incredible team offer to be a foundation of support for any family requiring assistance in patient and family advocacy support services. Both locally and interstate.
