Foundation of Hope offers an inviting space without the typical 'clinical feel', we welcome all families to our clinic for individual therapy sessions.

We are so excited to announce we now have now moved our Head Quarters to CAIRNS!!!

As a result, all face to face services will be offered from our head quarters at Suite 16, "The Conservatory", 9-15 Abbott Street, CAIRNS CITY. 

We may offer limited outreach services in varying capacity across a range of locations. This is dependant on time and schedule, however  Telehealth Sessions are available, Australia Wide.

Whilst we offer ongoing therapeutic supports, Jana's specialty is particularly:

·  Functional Capacity Assessments and Reports for NDIS

·  Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessment and Report

·  Functional Assessments

·  Developmental Assessments and Screening Tools and Reports

·  Multidisciplinary Services and Supports with your Treating Therapy Team

UPDATE: WE ARE NOW QUALIFIED TO COMPLETE ADOS-2 (Autism Spectrum Disorder) ASSESSMENTS AND REPORT (Jan 2023).

All Diagnostic and Assessment findings will require Paediatrician and or Psychiatrist Confirmation of Diagnosis.

Referral for Foundations of HOPE Therapies Occupational therapy Services may be via:

· Self-referral

· Parent/carer

· GP

· Paediatricians

· Teachers or

· External agencies where family approval has been sought.

Whilst we are always searching for the next INCREDIBLE team member to Join the Foundation of Hope Therapies Team, we always ensure that we are are well connected in our communities for forward referrals if we cannot meet your needs at the time of contact.
